MMDA chair, nagbabala na puwedeng makulong ang magbebenta ng Covid-19 vaccine slots

Ang mga indibidwal na mahuhuling nagbebenta ng Covid-19 vaccine slots ay kakasuhan at posibleng makulong, giit ni Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Benhur Abalos noong Miyerkules.

“They could just talk with anyone making the schedule and if that person is part of this, it could be possible. That’s why we’re looking into this, we’re going to arrest this person. There’s one thing I will promise you: I promise you that these persons will really be charged and go to jail. We’re very serious about this,” paglilinaw ni Abalos.

Pinaiimbestigahan na ng mga awtoridad ang mga naibabalitang pagbebenta ng Covid-19 vaccination slots sa Mandaluyong City, kung saan maaaring pumili ng available na vaccine brand ang isang customer sa vaccination.

Ayon sa MMDA chief, kung saan alkalde ng Mandaluyong City ang kanyang asawa, nakipag-coordinate na siya aniya sa Philippine National Police at National Bureau of Investigation upang paimbestigahan ang alegasyon.

Sa ngayon, isang salarin na ang natukoy, at hindi umano ito empleyado ng city hall.

“If it is really true, we will make sure that all of those involved will really face the full force of the law. They will be charged in court and of course they would be jailed. And if this fellow is just making a story, again he will also be charged in court,” giit ng opisyal.
